Proven Caterpillar and clean-energy sales leader joins CSI to power the next phase of commercial BESS growth

LIVERMORE, CA — September 1, 2026 — Coulomb Solutions Inc. (CSI), a leading provider of transportable Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), advanced battery systems, and electrification components for the commercial vehicle market, today announced that Greg Laudermilch has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for their expanding BESS portfolio.

Greg brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling sales organizations across heavy equipment, autonomy, and clean-energy electrification. He joins CSI from DANNAR, Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President of Western Operations, led some of the largest transactions in the company’s history, and drove significant expansion into new markets. He was also deeply involved in investor relations, engineering, new product design, and government relations.

Before DANNAR, Greg spent 24 years at Caterpillar, most recently as Global Electrification Deployment Strategy Manager, where he directed the company’s worldwide commercial rollout strategy for electrification with their dealer network and served as its enterprise competitive intelligence lead for e-mobility and energy storage products. As Caterpillar’s Western Region Sales and Service Manager, he nearly doubled sales, oversaw more than half a billion dollars in annual revenue across an eleven-state dealer network, and set a North American market share record — while serving as a trusted executive council member for three major Caterpillar dealerships.

Greg has worked directly with regulators and industry groups on the policy and incentive frameworks shaping mobile BESS adoption—experience that aligns closely with CSI’s recent CARB CORE voucher approval and its focus on helping commercial fleets and operators to overcome grid infrastructure constraints. He holds a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Breakthrough Innovation Strategy certificate from Google’s Moonshot Factory and Innovation Lab and is a certified Generative AI Leader Professional.

“We are delighted to have Greg join the CSI Team,” said David Mazaika, CSI CEO.  “Greg brings decades of experience in mobile power systems which will be invaluable as CSI scales to meet the strong demand in our mobile BESS systems.”

“I’m excited to join CSI at a moment when mobile BESSs are solving real, immediate problems for fleets and industrial customers facing grid and charging infrastructure constraints,” said Greg. “I’ve spent my career helping heavy-equipment and electrification customers solve their toughest challenges — that’s exactly what CSI is delivering. I look forward to building on the momentum behind CSI’s mobile power platform and helping fleets, OEMs, and infrastructure partners adopt it cost-effectively.”
