Coulomb Solutions Inc. (CSI) has appointed Michael Britt, a recognized leader in clean transportation, fleet electrification, and fleet maintenance, to its Advisory Board. 

May 11, 2026, – Livermore, CA – Coulomb Solutions Inc. (CSI) today announced the appointment of Michael Britt to its Advisory Board. Britt is widely respected for his 30-year career leading the transformation of UPS’s trucking fleets and advancing the company’s clean transportation strategy. Before retiring from UPS, he served as Director of Maintenance and Engineering for International Operations, where he introduced technologies including compressed natural gas (CNG) and hybrid systems and helped lead UPS’s early adoption of electrification. 

Since retiring from UPS, Britt has served in several advisory and board positions, helping companies and organizations speed the adoption of clean technology and zero-emission commercial vehicles. He previously served as chairman of CALSTART in Pasadena, California, and served on the Board of United Way of Orange County, California. 

Today, Britt serves on the Board of Directors of Transportation Energy Partners (TEP) for Clean Cities, the Technical Advisory Group to the American Trucking Associations, and is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers. He holds a B.S. in Automotive Technology and an M.B.A. in Management. He is also a 2017 recipient of the U.S. Department of Energy Lifetime Achievement Award and a retired U.S. Marine Corps First Sergeant.
